Upon successful payment, Crystals Cube will cleanse your crystals and pack your order with love. And use sufficient packing material to ensure your items are well protected. It will take 1-3 working days before posting out your order using your choice of shipping option.

However Crystals Cube do not hold responsibilities for sold products that are lost during delivery, stolen or any delivery issues. There might be less than 1% chances of lost mail for Singpost normal mail, which is non-trackable and no insurance coverage. 

As you selected a particular shipping service, you also accept their individual terms & conditions.

For any delivery issues that may occur, such as tracking, rescheduling, undelivered and etc., you are required to check with the relevant post and delivery services for resolution. 

Buyers are responsible for any tax & duties that might occur according the countries of your shipping address.

Buyers also require to check if any products is restricted to be imported into the country of their shipping address. For example, Palo Santo wood.
