Delivery in Singapore

Singpost (trackable) - small items only

Shipping cost:  $2.20

Receive mode: letterbox

Not available for bulky items

Singpost usually delivers within 2 working days during non-festive periods and 5 to 7 days during festive periods upon receival; occasionally, it might take longer. It is trackable and will be delivered to your letterbox (please ensure enough space to receive your order). There is no insurance coverage; please note that there might be a 1% chance of lost mail.

As they do not collect mail on weekends, the earliest post-out date for weekend orders will be next Monday.

*Delivery is only available on working days, from Monday to Friday during usual business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Smartpac - small items only

Made using recycled materials (The main difference between Smartpac and Singpost (trackable))

SmartPac is trackable (without insurance coverage) and delivers within 2 working days upon receival. Your parcel will be placed inside your mailbox. Please make sure your mailbox has sufficient space to receive your parcel, or it will be directed to a post office for collection.

As they do not collect mail on weekends, the earliest post-out date for weekend orders will be next Monday.

*Delivery is only available on working days, from Monday to Friday during usual business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Ninja Pack is trackable @ https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/tracking and delivers within 1-3 working days* upon receival. 

In the event a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the unavailability of the Recipient at the designated address, the Recipient will receive an email notice in relation to the failed delivery attempts. Ninja shall perform a 2nd and 3rd attempt to deliver said parcel. Pursuant to the 3rd failed attempt, Ninja will return your parcel to us. (You may do a self-collection or make payment to us to make delivery again at its full cost.)

Qxpress-Next day Delivery

- 3 consecutive attempts for over 3 working days.

POPStation is more convenient and secure way to collect your parcel as you can do a self-collection 24/7 at your selected POPStation. It delivers within 1-3 working days* upon receival. Trackable and covered insurance for shipment value up to $150.

Speedpost Standard –  small & bulky items

Shipping cost: $6.80

Speedpost provides a tracking number which delivers within 1-2 working days* upon receival. Covered insurance for shipment value up to $150.

Postman will first attempt delivery at doorstep, if unsuccessful, a delivery advice will be deposited at the delivery address or in the addressee’s letterbox at the delivery address, as applicable.

The article will be made available for collection at Post Office (as stated in the delivery advice for a period of five (5) calendar days or five (5) working days respectively from the date of the delivery advice).

(Thus, we will suggest to use POPStation instead as it is too troublesome to collect at post office.)

 *Delivery only available on working days, from Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm and Sat 9am to 12.30pm, excluding Sundays & Public Holidays.

GrabExpress (ASAP*)

In case you need an item urgently, such as Palo Santo for cleansing after dealing with some extremely toxic people, we provide this option – passing your parcel to your delivery person.

As delivery price vary and to minimize time, the booking and payment of GrabExpress is required to make at your end.

GrabExpress is an on-demand delivery service that operate 7 days in a week, and insured up to $200 per delivery.

  • Contact us by Whatsapp or Facebook (their icons are at the right side of our website) to check with us if we available for GrabExpress at the moment. (We might be occupied by customers at the shop.)

  • Place your order by choosing “Self-collection” and tell us your order number and we will advise on estimated time for packing your parcel.

  • After we inform you that your order is ready, book your GrabExpress, with pick up location at 179031 (Novotel Singapore Clarke Quay).

  • Let us know the estimated arrival time and the plate number of the driver

  • We will update you once your driver has picked up your parcel

*As we are a retail shop, we might be attending customers at the moment, please contact us in advance to check before making payment for this option. Do note that we can only cleanse and packing your order by placing order during our operation hours (11:30am to 8:30pm daily except CNY period).

Shipping Poilcy & Delivery Issues 

Crystals Cube do not hold responsibilities for sold products that are lost during delivery, stolen or any delivery issues.

As you selected a particular shipping service, you also accept their individual terms & conditions.

For any delivery issues that may occur, such as tracking, rescheduling, undelivered and etc., you are required to check with the relevant post and delivery services for resolution. 

Buyers are responsible for any tax & duties that might occur according the countries of your shipping address.

Buyers also require to check if any products is restricted to be imported into the country of their shipping address. For example, Palo Santo wood.
