How to proceed?
- WhatsApp your order number & registered name in your account or a screenshot of that to Rave @+65 90260092.
- Send us 3 recent photos taken on different days which can show facial features. (As recent as possible for higher accuracy.)
- Share with us which areas you would like to enhance on or we can just suggest according to the reading.
- If you have a budget, we can provide you some alternatives if necessary, and explain the difference between them for your consideration.
- Let us know your exact wrist size and preferences if any.
- It will take up to a few days for the whole process. We might need to video call you if we feel that your energy requires a very precise combination of crystal energy.

Dislike multi-colour bracelet
We can suggest plain bracelets with only one type of crystal that is suitable for you. Or a personalized one using crystals of similar colors.
Would like to use certain crystals
You may suggest up to 5 different type of crystals. We will advise if those crystals are suitable for you. However, we cannot make a bracelet with crystals that are not suitable for you as it’s against our ethics.
Like or dislike certain colours
We can try to avoid those colours that you dislike, however, different colours are related to different chakras, which is helpful in different areas.
Pattern/design of the bracelet
Different placement of beads and pattern of the bracelet will give out a different synergy.
(E.g. This pattern is more refreshing and uplifting.)
Thus, we will observe the synergy of the beads, and try to design the pattern of your bracelet to be as pretty and fashionable as possible.
(E.g. This pattern is more focus at enhancing communication.)
However, we can’t guaranty the bracelet will suit everyone’s fashion sense as it is too subjective.
By default, we will design your bracelet according to the best synergy. You may show us examples of your preference in advance, and we can try to follow (although it might not have the best synergy).
Depending on the most suitable ratio of different crystals used, synergy of crystals and wrist size, we might not be able to make a symmetrical design.
Whenever we pick and arrange the beads according to your energy, there will be a consistence energy exchange, which is not only time consuming but draining for us. Thus, we only can make up to 3 designs (same type of crystals with different sizes is considerate as a different design). Additional charges may apply after that.

Q: What is the usual price range for a Personalized Healing Bracelet?
A: Usually our Personalized Healing Bracelet will need a combination of 3-5 types of crystal for the best effect. As the number of beads of the bracelet is limited, it generally needs a higher quality to make up for the lower quantity of each type of crystals used.
Our selection is based on whichever that is best according to your energy, sometimes a bracelet will cost as low as $50 or as high as over $200 (for bigger bead size). The usual price range for a Personalized Healing Bracelet to provide the best effect will be around $80-140. It is good to share with us about your budget, so that we can show you some alternatives if necessary, and explain the difference between them for your consideration.
Q: Can I use this to get a special gift for someone?
A: Yes! All you need to do, is just to provide us their photos as mentioned above. In fact, we have many customers whom get this for their love ones. You may also pass this as a gift to your love ones if you prefer to let them share with us their needs personally. Simply by letting us know whom you are giving it to, and let he/she tell us the order number & registered name in your account or send a screenshot of that.

Q: Is there an expiry date if I purchase this service?
A: Yes, please redeem this service within 30 days of your purchase, your order is will marked fulfilled in our system upon expiry. If you’re unable to redeem before expiry, please contact us before that.
Q: Can I do a refund or exchange if I changed my mind?
A: Our company don’t have refund policy. However, you may exchange for other products or services in our website. As we merged our online store for crystal with our partner, Crystal Tale, you may exchange for products in their website too. Please contact us for the exchange.

A: Despite on the time spend, by conducting energy work such as energy reading, card reading & etc., the reader will give away positive energy as well as helping their clients by taking in some negative energy. If the reader gives too much, it will spoil the karma (cause & effects) balance, which is not good for both parties.
